I came there Friday to have a new battery installed in my car and was very happy and pleased with the service there. It sure was nice to go to a place where the sales people took time to explain everything to me. Not only was he informative, he sure took great care in checking out my car's battery system. I believe the fellow who helped me was Robert, but I'm sure the others on your staff are equally efficient.

Just wanted to complement your employee "Robert" on his great customer service. I came out last Thursday looking for a battery for an old cordless phone. He stated that you don't carry that kind and then cheerfully proceeded to put together something that would work in my phone. It was so nice to find someone who would go "above and beyond" for the customer.

When we realized we didn't have enough working batteries, you willingly allowed us to have those batteries. Dear Toxic Cleanup Day Workers,

You were wonderful. You withstood the muck and mire of the May 1st Cleanup Day with flying colors. On May 1st, over 100 volunteers took in... [oil, paint, tires] and 70 lead acid batteries. Mr. Holt,

We really appreciate the use of the six batteries for our Field Day. Field Day is a project that Radio Amateur's all over the world participate in as a self practice fun day to make as many radio contacts as possible using emergency operating conditions. In short, we did amazingly well with the batteries.
